Our Mission
It is our goal to equip educators with the knowledge, tools and strategies they need to develop self disciplined students with strong moral character, a deep appreciation and understanding of subject matter, the skills they need to lead a productive life and a desire to seek truth. We believe this is best accomplished in a classroom that is well managed, teeming with hope and filled with love.
ACCOMPLISHING Our Mission
We believe our mission is best accomplished by:
1. motivating educators through interesting, dynamic stories of teaching in one of America’s toughest schools and the heart warming, put-a-smile-on-your-face outcomes that are attainable by every educator (even those with 42 students in a book storage room!)
2. teaching educators the principles and demonstrating the procedures necessary to effectively manage a classroom in any school in America.
3. teaching the principles of relationships that will create a climate in which learning can effectively take place in any classroom in America.
4. establishing the incredibly high expectations teachers should set for themselves and their students.
