Let’s face it . . . being a new teacher is HARD! Because of a severe teacher shortage, many new teachers:
- are out of field
- did not complete student teacher training
- have NEVER managed a classroom

It is hard to believe that many districts are being forced to put new teachers, with no classroom management experience, in front of students who need to be educated when even veteran educators find classroom management to be challenging in today’s environment. In fact, in our experience, most teachers who consider quitting do so because of difficulty managing their classrooms.

We take our training institute to you! By going to you, we show your new teachers how to create an engaging, interesting learning environment with the resources they already have. We demonstrate how to effectively educate students. We do it in one of two ways:
New Teacher Boot Camps/Workshops/Coaching
Boot camps and Workshops
Our new teacher workshops and boot camps are high energy, engaging and laser focused to provide your new teachers with the tools they need to start their first year right. In fact, the first week determines how the rest of the year will go. Help your new teachers begin the school year right!
We SHOW your new teachers how to effectively manage:
- transitions
- class time
- inappropriate student behavior
by DEMONSTRATING how to:
- set expectations high
- motivate students
- create rules
- rehearse routines and procedures
- arrange desks
- encourage and reward appropriate behavior
- engage ALL students
- maximize instructional time
- teach for mastery
Our workshops are appropriate for both school and district level professional development settings and are designed to be half and full day events.
Our new teacher boot camps are full day and two day events. They are highly engaging and prepare your new teachers to manage their classrooms well on day one!
Coaching
We go into the classrooms with your teachers and enable them to be more effective! We observe, instruct and demonstrate.
Observe
We watch the teacher to identify areas in which they are effective and ineffective.
Instruct
Then, we instruct the teacher, in real time, how to be more effective.
Demonstrate
As the teacher moves towards mastery, we demonstrate how to effectively manage their students.
